Replacement for logitec 5.1?

    I had a logitech z506 system but the amp died, supposedly an internal fuse. I still have the satellite speakers including the one with the volume dial on it, my question is are these usable with another amp? Should I flog them or try to get a system to suit them?

    All I want is something with a 3.5mm jack to attach to iphones, laptops etc. at parties. I guess what are my options, will I be able to use the satellite speakers or should I sell/bin them and buy something new?

    bit late now but sometimes things can be repaired as you could have got an estimate and go from there,if the rest worked somebody might buy them.

    From what I've read they aren't worth paying to repair so I chucked the amp, I still have the satellite speakers, I guess if I got 5-10€ for them I'd be happy, I might try and sell them
