The only groups that meet in pubs to start businesses tend to be criminal groups !

You want to look up entrepreneur courses first.

Ultimately you need to convince people you've a good idea, a sound business model, you've done your market research and are a credible person.

Watch people getting torn apart in "Dragons Den" for just having an idea but no business model.
