Gas contract - budget plan

    Hi,

    I moved my gas supply back to you about 6 months ago and requested at the time I was on the budget plan i.e. expected use over a year divided by number of bills.

    I received notification of my latest bill and it is about €270 and on checking my previous one was €45. 

    As per my request to be on the budget plan I expected all my bills to be about €100 each.

    I'll PM you my account number for review and adjustment.

    Thanks for getting in touch, we have also received your private message. There currently isn't an option for a gas payment system like the one you've described, though there are plans to accommodate this kind of system in the near future.
