Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Comreg Complaint How it Works

    Hi All,

So i'm a little sketchy on how comreg handles complaints etc.... we put a complaint in on behalf of my fianceé's parents against a mobile company who charged a huge amount and then ignored all attempts at contact (registered letter, 4 phone calls etc...)

So complaint was lodged with comreg no issues and they explained the company had 10 working days to reply... No reply has occured as yet.

Comreg rang on the 10th day to check this and we were told again to wait another week... if the company makes no contact in the next week AGAIN what happens?

Does comreg have the power to make a ruleing or can the do anything on these consumer issuers?

    Thanks,

Also consider putting in a request under Data Protection legilsation to the mobile operators asking for a copy of all correspondance.

    Good suggestion thanks.

Still though what happens if the mobile company fail to respond again?

Ask ComReg. They are very approachable
