Adding a new computer to your account in Team-viewer for permanent access

I assume Teamviewer must be installed on the remote computer if you want to have continuous access to it?

If you are not actually at the remote machine but Teamviewer is installed on it, can you use the ID & Password generated by Teamviewer on the remote machine to setup permanent access from your own machine via the system tray right click "Add a Remote Computer" option using that remote ID & Password or are they just temporary access ID's?

Yes, Teamviewer must be installed on all computers and access is permanent.

The password generated by Teamviewer can change if Teamviewer is shut down and re-opened. You can set a permanent password if you access extras->options->security.

I see too that there is an option drop box in the advanced section that allows you to set the password to "Keep Current"
