    For each one:

    1 tin of paint
1 large (but not too large) firework.

You really need to tell people how big the property is and how many rooms.

    Is it vacant?

Like the mod said, you'll need to give some more information. Is it the same colour throughout? What condition is it in? Is it full of furniture or empty? How big is it?

About 2000 for a professional painter to do it including paint and about 1000 for a "handyman" . Be aware that anyone can dip a paint brush in a tin and put it on the wall but a professional painter will spend a lot of time on preparation work and the finished product will last longer and look much better

I agree. €2,000 + Vat is a good ballpark. If its a rental and you want a quick turnaround the cost could be lower. If its your own home and you would like it done properly then the cost could be a bit higher.
