REALLY NEED HELP! working abroad Summer 2014

    Im a 19 year old girl and planning on going on a working holiday, want to go to a party destination! Heading with two friends, just wondering does anybody have any experience in the best way to go about getting a job, accommodation etc.
    We are planning on using a company like Sun kiss/Playaway abroad!
    Also want to know wheres a good place to go! Options seem to be Ayia Napa, Hersonissos or Malia. Looking for a young scene with some Irish! Already been to Santa Ponsa!

    PLEASE HELP cant find any good threads!
