Water Charges???

Hi my name is Seamus im the owner at B]company name mod-snipped, because it's not reelvant [/B a pressure washing and window cleaning company based in B]city name mod-snipped, because it's not reelvant [/B...Since our business is based on water and use it daily can anybody give me an idea how to avoid this affecting the business when these water charges come into affect??

Mod-snipping done in Work and Jobs / Work Probems, and then the thread moved here - maybe someone can point the poster to help with managing this potential impact on his business.

The options are to keep your prices the same and use the customers' water supply or provide your own supply and increase your prices appropriately. In the latter case, in your position, I'd argue that the water would be an input cost it and as such is part of your cost of sales and should be offset for tax purposes. It's really an accountancy issue IMO.
