Had a random stranger cheer me while I was running today. Just a normal training run, nothing special until this lady smiled at me and yelled 'fair play'. That made me happy :D

The family of Blue tits in our garden. They have a nest and seem like a right playful bunch. Could watch them all day.

I don't know what "older" is. I'm just into my thirties, is that "older"? I suppose it is, because there was a time when it annoyed me (much like being asked for ID) and now all of a sudden it's a blessing lol :D

Little things to make me happy?

Driving my enemies before me and hearing the lamentations of their women.

I was walking across town after getting the bus back from my doctors, who helped me with some things. I was feeling hopeful, but delicate. I came to the first traffic lights, and waited for the green man because there was a lot of traffic. I came to the next set, and when there was a clearing I thought about crossing, but then I decided, "No. I do not need the hassle or fright from nearly getting knocked down. I am in no rush. I will wait for the green man."

I know these roads really well, enough to know the pattern of the traffic lights and when it's reasonably safe to cross without the green man. I did not do that. Instead I waited for every single green man on my walk home. It made me feel just that little bit more relaxed.
