    Day 3 and all good so far. Fresh breakfast buffet in Clontarf Castle hotel this morning and I successfully avoided the cereals, sugar in coffee and most significantly, navigated around the pastries! :eek::(

    I think I actually gorged so gluttonously pre lent that my digestive system is simply distracted fixing itself with all the relevant micro nutrients. I expect it to turn around and fire cravings at me from both barrels at any given moment...

    All things Chocolate and sweets etc. I'm allowing Mrs's podge's home baking as long as chocolate not involved.
    Started on Wednesday and still going good.

    If someone could put me on the table I'd appreciate it. I'm sure its easy but not sure what button to press!!

    my wifes birthday yesterday. dinner at my parents house, and a birthday cake produced. queue lots of go on it's a sunday, they don't count, and a few ah sure it's your wife's birthday you have to. Seriously my mother could cover for mrs doyle if they ever make more father ted.

    happy so say stood firm and no cake was had. it probably would have done less damage than the 5 pints of guinness later with some family members who were home

    Tick :D I managed to wake on Tuesday morning feeling like total crap. I ate way too much junk from Sunday and didn't feel right until lunchtime yesterday.
