    hi 2 problems


    first one ..when i ring 1901 i try to setup the 'remember me' option

    i've done this a few times but the next time i ring it's forgotten me completely


    next problem
    i can't sign into ' my eircom ' even though i believe i'm using the correct password
    so i click on forgot password and i get this email link which doesn't work??
    i've gone round in circles a few times on it
