I've often been critical of Giroud but today it's not his fault so far our midfield has been poor not getting any supply to our front players.

The supply has been poor but the amount of play that breaksdown off Giroud is outrageous. Simple touches/passes/headers he just seems incapable of pulling off on a regular basis. No consistency to his game at all, quite capable of world class and sunday league touches in the same minute.
