Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks,

I've an old broken HP DV4 2045dx laptop that im considering repairing but im not sure its worth fixing.

Basically the hinges are snapped so there's only cable going between the monitor and main board and the monitor doesn't power on, used to boot up perfectly using an external monitor but i fired her up earlier today and it turns on with 2 blinking lights which indicates a bios problem and a blank external screen.

I can fix it myself no problem, just not sure if its worth the hassle
