Giant Neos Pro cycling computer spec needed.

It's a shot in the dark - I'm looking for technical specs of giant neos pro. I need to know how to transfer data to PC. Currently there is only ginat RideSync (beta) software that works only with windows. That's not any good for me (linux) and mac users.

I have docking station which is essentially USB-to-UART converter:

I'm going to ask giant for the specs, but I'm not expecting too much..
