Leaving raw chicken in a oven

    Hi,

    Usually I keep the chicken in the fridge until I'm ready to cook it, however due to timings tomorrow it would be best if I could leave the chicken in a timed oven and have it cooked for when I get home.

    My question is how long could I leave the chicken in the oven before starting the cooking, would I risk poisoning myself if I put the chicken into the over at 10AM but didn't cook it until 4PM?
