New forum request not being processed?

    Hi folks,
    According to the literature regarding the process for the addition of a new forum, this one:
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057099787
    should be up and running by now. Have I missed something?
    Is there something specific holding it up?
