How Long to Switch to Electric Ireland?

I got the [font=Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Electric Ireland Switch successful [/font]email on the 10th of Feb. That was 3 wks ago and since then I have not received anything further to indicate my account has been set up with yourselves. How long should it take? Regards

Thanks for your post, and for switching to Electric Ireland.

The switching process can take up to 20 working days, and will be backdated to when you initially requested the switch (in the above case, 10th Feb).
