I have a rimmel colour mousse eyeshadow which has dried up does anybody know of anything that I can add to it to be able to use it again?

In desperation I added a few eye drops (normal ones I use with contacts) to a mousse foundation that had dried up; it worked fairly well, made it more creamy than mousse-ey so I ended up using it as concealer. Might work with eye shadow too.
