    Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend someone to do a BER rating in Carlow. Pricing contractors at the minute for a new build and want to make sure we're pricing to a high enough spec re insulation, windows etc.

    Thanks,

    Blindside

Have you thought about getting a PHPP done - the BER process has a number of issues within its calculations when you get towards a high spec.

High spec, use aeroc TERM building blocks 300mm no insulation needed U-vale 0.24, very popular in Scandinavia. <snip>
