Guy and he doesn't bother me

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me. Is there a French word that is equivalent to how in English, especially American English, we say "guy", like "this guy", "the guy who lives there". Either a man you don't know or can be a group of people like "hey guys". Also how would you say "he doesn't bother me" in a casual way in French. Like "he doesn't bug me" sort of thing. Any help would be appreciated.
    Rich.

    guy is "mec" in french.

"he doesn't bother me" is "il ne me dérange pas".

'Les gars' might be a nicer alternative. 'Mec' can sound a bit too familiar, at least to my ear :-)
