Hi I am an eircom customer with an automatic upgrade to efibre which is due to go live in my area on 14th March. Can you advise if my phone socket or modem will need to be upgraded? Regards Noel

Both will, you need to have a visit from a technician.

Both the socket and modem is upgraded by the efibre installation engineer.
