Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Automatic texts?

    Hi

    Hope I am posting in the right place.
    Is it possible to send out automatic texts if someone texts you and/or rings you?

    Example: Job application being posted which we would expect to get loads of calls and texts. Can we send an automatic text to every call and text that comes in 'thank you etc etc we will be in touch within 24 hours'?

    Is there such an app or would we have to manually send them?
