Ares tavor and g36 c mag

Hey I need firstly understand why the Ares tavor have this one issue that is an easy fix and but a pain in single shoot is there an upgrade i can do to fix this full time . also anyone have issue with c mags on a g36 mag jamming my g36k this is the type that has no button my it does it itself as u fire
