    In the process of buying a repo house that hasn't been lived in for a while.Anyone got any recommendations of a QS and how much I should be paying.

    Yes a reasonable honest man who will tell you the truth whether you like it or not.

    Just wondering, I'm doing a bit of work down in Waterford City at the moment myself, how would you rate your experience with the Q.S?
