    I want it said in Irish at my wedding and my mum wants a video to follow.

    Irish
    Beannaigh sinn, a Thiarna,
    agus na bronntanais seo uait,
    a bhfuilimid le glacadh
    ó do rath, trí Chríost ár dTiarna. Amen.

    English
    Bless us, O Lord,
    and these your gifts
    which we are about to receive
    from your bounty through
    Christ our Lord. Amen.

    Here's a great one, not widely heard but very poetic:

    Beannachtaí na gcúig arán agus an dá iasc
    Mar do roinn Dia ar an gcuig mhíle fear;
    Rath ón Rí a rinne an roinn
    Ar ár gcuid is ár gcomhroinn.

    Micilin Muc,
    Can you give a loose translation of the above?

    Mile Buiochas! ;)
