stove problems

my mam recently got a castmaster stove,every time the door is open smoke pours out in to the room,its fine every other way apart from this which is very annoying because the room is destroyed in smoke,any suggestions as to what would be causing this as ive checked chimney and all looks fine...

Make sure to open the door slowly,if you just pull it open then the draw will pull smoke into the room.I found that out the hard way.Plus you should keep the inside of the stove as clean as possible and avoid any build up of residue from burning coal or wood.

check the baffle plate, they can move in some models.
