Training app - advise

    Hi,

    I have been given a training plan.... and I am going to take things seriously :D

    I am looking for an Android app that has the following apart from the normal logs, statistics and 'nicieties':
    I can add my schedule and the training plan for each date
    To be able to copy paste to other days
    I can add the actuals for that day so I can compare against what I was supposed to do. Distance and/or time.
    I could compare between other trainings that I have done ie: Every Monday run 6k - Compare the times that I have been doing them...
    I can add runs....
    etc

    Ideally to be able to get info from Garmin and/or RunKeeper and/or Strava

    Do you know if anything like this exists? Or which one would be the best to do this?
