SWS UK Auto garage door fault

    Hi everyone. Im new to boards and Im hoping someone can help me out. I have a SWS UK auto roller garage door that is not working. It has been non functional with about 12 months or so. It seems to be the control panel is the problem. The number on the control panel is 27806.It has a up/down arrow and a stop button in the middle of the up/down arrow.

    Also there is a led light on the panel box. It should be green but when I plug in the control box a orange light comes on. If I press the up arrow I see two flashes of orange light then a red single flash in that order and that keeps repeating .

    Wondering if anyone know a fix for this problem. Thank you
