    Hi,

    I created a payment plan with yourselves some time ago and am still paying it. I got a bit behind and received a letter to pay the full amount which I am unable to do. I rang up and the rep said it'd be fine to keep paying as per my plan. Now I've received a letter from the Irish Debt Bureau regarding my overdue amount. I'm confused!!
