I wonder how Hugh O'Connor and Brian Gleeson got their lucky breaks in film??

Jaysus could you imagine if Tubridy showed up on your Stag... Now that would be a movie alright..

"Who's up for a bit of acting the maggot today, lads.. a bit of messing down the back of the class perhaps"..

I literally cringe with the big trumpets, desk slapping, and artifical, forced "humaness" of the Late Late, trying so desprately screaming "Look at us, look at us, remember how/were we used to be? let's fill that gaping chasm with as loud as trumpet as we can, so we can fool ourselves"

It strikes me as such a con, not to mention cheesy/patronising as ****, and not in a good way

    GAY!!!!! :D

They should just replace Tubridy with an Ipad opened on youtube.com ... It would certainly bring more personality to the job..

    I love that film. It's a beautiful supernova of a clusterf*ck of a traincrash.

remember this lad, impressive that night

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,657 ✭✭✭CountyHurler

Ah jaysus not again.. Tubridy cant just let something spontaneous happen and leave it at that... Same with Johnjoe and the good kids from the toy shows... He has to keep going back to the well, and milk the thing to death...

I thought this song was far better the last time..

But what would we give out about every Friday?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,351 ✭✭✭✭Harry Angstrom

This is the sort of song that makes you feel guilty if you don't buy it.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 366 ✭✭Juan_Mata

This lad wouldn't even get past the first round of the Voice Ireland.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 309 ✭✭CKrules

Is this song supposed to stop you feeling suicidal??

    The opposite here!

Well, you could stand outside Brian and Amy's house and roar abuse at them.

Brian and Amy are too nice for that. They'd probably invite him in for a cup of tea ;)

Dear god, I'm guessing this is why Hector is on tonight. I caught a glimps of the fishing program last Monday. It was well ........... y'know.

I've given up doing that since things took a turn for the worst outside Mikey Graham's house..

When is this thread going to be invited on as a guest? It's the best thing about the Late Late.

In fairness to Hector, he must surely be wondering "how the hell does Tubridy still have his job, and I'm driving the road in a sh1tty oul van"... Based on figures it should have been Tubridy driving the van..

I wish there was a Lee Harvey Oswald in the audience to take a pot-shot at this tosser.
