Recommend a surveyor for South Dublin area

    We have gone sale agreed on a house and we need to get a survey done. The house appears to be in very good condition with a high BER rating so I dont have any major concerns.

    Nevertheless I would like a comprehensive survey report done to ensure all is in order. The house is in Dublin 14 area.

    Used this guy very recently and was impressed with the report and his feedback. It was a relatively new build but he did highlight some deficiencies that I initially though would not be an issue i.e. insulation etc

    He's a chartered engineer that also does BER certs etc
