Hi, Thinking of making a sponge cake later but when I went looking to see did I have all the ingredients I realised I have no eggs. Does anyone know a recipe for a sponge without eggs? Thanks :)

I tasted one made with condensed milk instead of eggs once, it was nice, a bit more dense than your typical sponge cake but pretty good. Presumably a recipe like this one here http://www.tarladalal.com/Eggless-Sponge-Cake-108r
But I would probably just try to get a few eggs!

I made one a while back, a bit like this.

It was quite nice, but nowhere near as nice as a sponge made with eggs.
