Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I put a euro on 4-1 win at 25/1
    score 1 spurs!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,406 ✭✭✭DyldeBrill

Absolutely gutted after that performance :(

Was never a penalty, same sort of thing that ruined our morale against city. But other than that there are no excuses! Defense were poor. So frustrating

jose is mad for fcukin off early.

    GF 56

    GA 22

    GD 34

Great result after Spurs shot themselves in both feet and a soft penalty didnt help but the defensive errors were horrific.

Especially when the majority of them prove to be absolutely useless. The only player I'd keep would be Eriksen.

Tuff day for Spurs .. they looked like they didn’t want the three points

Its ridiculous. Gary Neville is right.
I wonder would he do that if he was losing 4-0. I don't think he would leave before the match was over.

Id say forth is out of the question. Also consider that 56 million of the bale cash was spent on two flops. Chelsea and city can afford an expensive player to not work out, but a club the size of spurs cannot really.

Tottenham 37 goals scored, 37 goals conceded.

Shocking for a team sitting in 5th place.

Its not only managerless that Spurs are they lack a talisman, ethos, system and belief.

Big job ahead for the new man whoever he is and all of this after losing their best player, and spunking £100mil+ on new players.

makes Andy Carrolls/Liverpool £35mil waste look like a bargain.

Hes doing well to just big up Cahill, no point writing the Sunday columns for the press.

Liverpool did well getting a fair price from West Ham for him. I still can't believe lamella cost 30m.

Vertoghen, lloris will be gone in the summer, I'd take a punt on Vertonghen but he wont want to be a squad option which he would be at us.

Suppose all-in-all it set us back around 18-20mil (inc wages)

I reckon Lamela is on a nice wage as personal terms would have been tricky with him not 100% on moving

Lloris to arsenal. He's good mates with kos and giroud. And would be great to have him and Chesney.

Picking the flesh from the carcass of spurs. Nice.

Although I suspect that they'll give arsenal a game next weekend.

It's not that they're losing under Sherwood - that happens to every team and manager - but that they're imploding.

I'm not sure what that brittleness is down to, a lack of belief or a lack of caring.

NL derby, all form goes out the window, ye all know that.

Same goes for Utd v Liverpool soon.

Redknapp trying to make a case for the peno, its still soft but Kaboul does give Oliver the chance to give it.

Earlier in the game Lloris is lucky to stay on the pitch as Etoo wasnt offside and he was clung 2 seconds later.

Also Sandro should have had 4 yellows :pac:

Its a lack of caring and leadership and its so bloody frustrating to support this club.

I'm always worried when we face spurs but they haven't been this dodgy for a few seasons.

At the back with Kaboul suspended and Dawson carried off they'll be very make shift at the back.

Which makes the decision to sell Caulker even more perplexing.

Yeah just seen that, never a peno yet alone a red card. Should have being free and yellow for Eto.

I dont think its a dive either, but its not a peno should have just been play on, even Schurrle next to him doesnt look for the peno.
