Cancelling a direct debit

    Hi,

    I need to cancel a direct debit. Can I do so via 365online (or email) without contacting the organisation who originally set it up, or must this be done through a branch or the organisation directly?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If you wish to avail of SEPA Direct Debit Services including direct debit cancellations please select SEPA Direct Debit Services (this can also be accessed via the Online Service Desk). 

    If you are unsure if a Direct Debit on your account has converted to SEPA, please contact the creditor/company directly to clarify this. A non-SEPA direct debit can be cancelled by calling BOI365 on 0818 365 365 or 00353 1 4044000.
