Colour and Image Academy run a fashion styling course, they run one in Cork, not sure if there's any closer - http://www.findacourse.ie/fashion-stylist-course-c2777.html - also International Career Institute run a distance learning fashion design course (bear in mind it's not accredited in Ireland but could be good introduction) - http://www.findacourse.ie/fashion-design-c4517.html
