Hi Ciarraibhoy,

If you PM us with your Electric Ireland account number, full name, address and contact number we'll look into this for you. Please also confirm if you are the account holder.

If you are registered for Online Billing, you can also check which price plan you are on by logging in and checking the "Account Overview" section.
