My daughter went for a hair colour and cut today to a really "top" salon, asked for what she thought was a balleage (sp?) and has come away ginger. Does anybody know a salon who specialise in colour correction?

I would really recommend going back to the same salon, especially if they offered to correct. If another salon gets involved, it would only complicate things further. They wouldn't know what products were originally used, how they were used, the processing time, etc.
