intermittant broadband and rubbish speed

    after being on hold for 20 mins (even though it said ten) I gave up waiting Ill try here.

    My broadband has been going on and off since last night and speeds of just .5mbs.

    cant browse or watch youtube etc
    been on for maybe ten mins then off for twenty, tried all the usual advice.
    Please can someone get back to me asap.
