Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The injuries really have hammered Schweinsteiger

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,408 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Santi has been poor and looks as if he couldn't care less.

    Bayern are looking quite rusty.

Arsenal are too average to expose them though

    robbens a slippery duck.

    Ridiculous.

If this goes in it screws my prediction of an "admirable" but ultimately futile result for Arsenal. :P

    Up your hole Robben.

Muller should have been booked there...

Silly from Koscielnly. Good save though.

    Great save.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Should have stood a couple of yards of Robben...he was instinctively running to the corner flag.

That sliding tackle by Rosicky was ****ing beautiful.

Tyldesley and Townsend celebrated that like it was an injury time winner.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,408 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Hope someone gives Robbin a good kick before full-time.

    Thought it was rubbish

Very proud of the team. Not much between them over the 2 legs considering the peno miss and the red card.

We've gone to bayern 2 consecutive years and won 2 nil and drew one all, not many have done that.

Very credible performance from Arsenal...Bayern not as bullet proof as is being made out perhaps.

well, too much to do after the first leg. still they've nothing to be ashamed of after that performance. on to Spurs on Sunday now.

How did he miss the penalty.

    Keeper saved it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,309 ✭✭✭✭wotzgoingon

    Keeper saved it.

I'd score it myself. That running up and stopping briefly, never a good thing to do.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,382 ✭✭✭✭greendom

And fair play to TV3. In Owen Coyle they've managed to find a co-commentator who didn't want to make me put my boot through the tv.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,333 ✭✭✭bad2dabone

    I'd score it myself.

    Course you would.

Arsenal need a striker and just a bit more general composure - Aaron Ramsey in the AM

Yea, and both times ye were 2 (away) goals down going into those games, hardly something to boast about.
