heli circuiting over balbriggan today?

    Large chopper doing circuits over balbriggan this morning. It's not coast guard army or Gardai, anyone know what's up?

    did hear somthing on radio last week about them doing low fly overs over north dublin/meath/south louth for somthing like aerial surveys or overhead power cables
