Labour cost to lay concrete floor slab

    How much approximately should it cost to lay a 160m2 concrete floor slab. Insulation will already be in place + steel mesh & UFH pipes

    All is required is the placement of the concrete and floating the floor.

    About concrete, You can call any concrete mix suppliers plus 200-250 for labor.

    It's 12m3 of concrete and there's level access all around the site.

    As it's a finished floor you would want it power floated and 2 men would level it and screed it if it was being pumped or skipped in with a digger. It would be a long night waiting for it to dry and power floating it so you would want 150-200 euro per person, two power float 100 and magic screed 50 so 450-600 depending if a lighting tower was needed
