Return of modem for credit

    Hi!
    When I signed up for broadband I opted to have a new modem. The same day I rang back and said I didn't need it, and the person I spoke to just said it was too late to change the order, but just to return the modem and eircom would apply an "own equipment credit" of €30 to my account.
    I returned the equipment in person to your depot in Clondalkin before Christmas, but the credit has not yet appeared on my account.
    Could you look into it for me please?
