    Does it matter....

    Plan is to finish the exams in May, grab the kids and leave this country for a better life abroad. Its not compulsory is it ?

    Make sure the college has an address and they will mail your parchment to you

    Its just a formality.If you passed all the exams, got the required number of credits and are square with the university expect a brown envelope containing your achievement for the work you put in the last couple of years.
