Is it possible to set up a future payment by phone on B365?

    I am having problems with 365 online, and am wondering if it is possible to st up a future bill payment by phone?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty setting up a future payment on 365Online.

    It is certainly possible to schedule a payment for a future date however, the funds won't actually be deducted from your account until the date that you specify the payment for. This facility can be found under the "money transfer" tab when logged in to your 365Online account and is currently not available by phone.

    Hi, yes, I usually set them up online, so the query was specifically re the phone option.

    Regrettably, it is currently not possible to set up a future payment via phone banking, this can only be done online. If you are still experiencing issues with your 365 Online, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you and hopefully get you back online as soon as possible.
