First triathlon - need to buy some clothes

Doing my first tri this year :) looking at buying a trisuit. first event is a pool event, so not sure whether to buy a tri suit or shorts and top separate! any suggestions? was looking at the zone 3 suit good review of all the best here http://www.triradar.com/gear/best-tri-suits-review-2/1/

I would think a one piece, they're what most athletes use for sprints and Olympics. You won't notice it being wet once your racing. Sizing can be small on some of the Italian brands and so on so be sure to try one on. If your thinking of joining a club, maybe hold off and buy one of their tri suits. Save you buying two.

To the OP, it's a pool based Tri, so you can wear swim trunks instead of a Tri suit (confirmed by TI), put on shorts and top in T1, bike and Run in same.
