    Probably a reaction to people using the LIDL/ALDI vouchers for them but I hope just a mistake. The expiry date was I think the 28th of March.

    Tesco are doing this a lot lately I buy a lot of Guinness and can never rely on the date on their website they keep changing the dates that their offers are meant to run until:mad:

    This is back on again tomorrow, it was withdrawn online the last 2 days, it expires 28th March. LIDL/ALDI vouchers on the go too, €20 off €100 spends and €10 off €50.

    The last offer disappeared online but was still in my local shop. My theory is they remove it from sale online if loads of people are buying online -so they will have stock themselves. The more popular beers are snapped up quickly, like heineken. If people are just buying those and using vouchers they are probably making a loss.

    The 3 for 24/26 was in papers and tv, they could expect complaints if there was none in the shop due to online bulk buying.

    They could also do with having customer limits, some poster got 8 bottle of baileys.
