Cant see anything on their site but cant find heineken on it at all. If it helps Tesco are selling it for 28 euro.

Next door off licence in St Dominic's shopping centre....old bawn....estralle damm 6 bottles for 7 euro...bargain. Its 10 in Tesco.
Also you can pop into bhreathnach s while your there and fill the boot with stuff close to or
passed the sell by....

O'Shea's dry hopped amber ale and spiced winter ale reduced to clear at €1.49 in Aldi.

Don't care much for the winter ale but I think the amber ale is lovely. A bargain at this price.

A certain female that I know has developed a taste for Tia Maria. It is bloody dear stuff! Do any of the retail chains do a knock off of it or is it EVER on special anywhere? Thanks

Tesco have/had a Coffee Liquer, no idea how close it is to Tia Maria as I only used it for cooking, was nice in the cake mind.

I think I've seen a Kahlua lookalike in Lidl or Aldi, no idea of quality.

Not much use to most people but I picked up a litre of Smirnoff in Asda yesterday for 20 Euro. I think the offer ends at the weekend so for anyone heading north then you know where to shop.

It goes on special at christmas and maybe some other seasonal times. Just like baileys can drop to 10-12euro a bottle, tia maria may drop to 16 euro or so.

These drinks can afford to drop a lot since they are relatively low in %, so there is not nearly as much excise duty on them. They are slapping on a huge charge for the added flavours & sugar/cream.

Homebrew shops sell essences to mimic many liquers, you can add them to neutral vodkas or rums and add sugar.

This one is blatantly trying to mimic tia maria

They are not cheap as they do use quality ingredients like proper liquer companies do. Bear in mind tia maria is 20% and most white rum is 37.5-40%
