My local Centra have 8 cans of Guinness for 10 at the moment. It's probably nationwide. They also have free Guinness pint glass when you buy a multipack.

A tenner for 8 cans and a nice glass is not bad at all

Maybe the best lager in the world.

Its actually gas the lookalikes they stock.

They have a Budweiser one too, pretty much a carbon copy of the Bud can.

Yeah, it was Carlsberg alright, as I bought some

The fake one is Karlskrone. Very similar looking, but tastes different. Their fake Bud is Breysers.

ALso Bulmers 18 for €20 but the best value is the Guinness, they are stacked facing each other in our Tesco. On the Left we the great value "midi slab" 18 cans for €20 and on the right we have the 12 pack for the amazing price of €19.

While I would take a free crate of guinness over bulmers, the bulmers is a rarer deal. When the christmas crates go on sale guinness is typically the same price as heineken, carlsberg or bud, while it is rare to see bulmers drop to the price as those. The bulmers is often in those trays smaller than 24 and the cans are usually quite a bit more per can.

I bought 2 midi slabs of the Bulmers they are the best value without a doubt.
