£30 for the bottle of 15 year old Glenfiddich- arrived this afternoon via Address Pal, no issues encountered. Price actually went down a few quid before I got the order in- I was ready to hit the button @ £34 quid.

Link here to the 15yo Glenfiddich @ £30 on Amazon

Thanks I took the plunge myself as well at the £30 and have 2 bottles out for delivery today with parcel wizard. Thanks for the tip.

Never seen them on offer myself and Smithwicks would be a regular drink of me.
Best value I can find these days is 8 cans for 13 euro.
I cant recall seeing 24 slabs of cans in years, not sure why they phased them out, I guess demand.

Patricks Day this year in Tesco, they had 3 8 packs for 24

20 x 300ml Bottles of Miller, Bud or Carlsberg for 14 Euro in LIDL. Savage!
this is the equivalent to 12 cans, so is like €1.17 a can.

Hi any deals on slabs of smithwicks
Some guy in the beer forum was saying he got cans and there was a "dramatic change" in taste, for the worse, so if you do see it you might not want to buy rakes in. Might have just been him though.

standard price in tesco is supposedly €2.35, dunno how they get away with that since at 3.8% it must be very cheap to produce, less ingredients, less excise. A lot of smithwicks drinkers are unaware it is so weak, as they might only drink it in pubs.

They say it is on offer 6 for €11, but also have 8 for €13, this is common in tesco, the better value one is not listed as an offer.

    Whats Molson like ?

Very poor. If you drink hyper-cold lagers you won't notice a difference, though.

Ill pay the extra few euro for a tray of something decent !

    Whats Molson like ?

didn't really like it at all, and I am not beer snob, I will drink decent "premium" beers in pubs but drink any auld crap at home as I cannot justify the price difference.

I had a crate or molson thinking it would be like any old mainstream stuff but I struggled to finish it. Some odd twang to it.

Out of those 3 I reckon carling is the safest bet if getting trays in for random visitors, however some would value carlsberg higher. If drank "blind" I think most random people would go for carling

same here, awful sh**e even compared to miller and carlsberg

Carling is OK,I never liked carlsberg and one glass of Molson was more than enough for me.

I tend to end up drinking a lot of Carling in the UK so maybe that's why I think its OK.

    Jasus tastes differ.

Cant stand bud, hop house sh1t etc.

Cheers for posting this. Thanks a mill. :)
Got a slab of Carlsberg in Rathfarnham. Was aiming for Carling or Molson but they had none.
Then stopped off at Supervalu Athy on way home and got the Carling (no Molson). So I'm overstocked now but they'll get used eventually :)

Bit surprised at people saying Carlsberg is the pick of the 3.
To the person who asked about Molson, I would try it yourself before going on what people said here.
It's a nice beer imo. I think Carlsberg is way over-rated.

Ok so the €5 off €25 voucher for Bloomfields can only be used once per transaction. That being said, 72 cans for -€50 with slab deals is off the cards, so by my calculations therefore, the best deal you can get is €35 for 48 cans of Grolsch. Still not a bad deal.

you can get €20 phone credit with the voucher and buy something for a fiver
