Hi

I work in a company where production staff engineering staff and warehouse staff currently do a 7-3 & 3-11 shift, i'm a member of the warehouse and we were informed today that we will only be paid shift allowance while we are doing the 3-11 shift and will be giving a flat rate on the 7-3 shift as its days, this shift has also been changed to 7 to 3:30 so every 2nd week we are doing two and a half hours extra

Production and engineering are not affected by this change and will continue to be paid full shift allowance for both shifts! And advice would be appreciated
